Hi, I'm Emmet. I'm a project manager, former founder, and fractional consultant with experience across edtech, media, AI, and social impact.

I spent 4+ years at Disney leading large-scale projects and multi-million dollar launches. I love building relationships, pitching ideas, and working with smart, ambitious people.

I'm a music producer, a twin, and someone who lets curiosity drive direction.

I joined Disney a year after they launched Disney+ and helped them rapidly scale through major milestones like bringing ads to the platform, integrating Hulu content, and launching on Apple Vision Pro.

Before corporate life, I co-founded a volunteering platform backed by Cornell that connected students to opportunities they actually cared about - we reached 2,500 students and pitched to Sequoia Capital and 1517 Fund. Prior to that, I helped a food rescue nonprofit convert viral social media attention into real donations.

I do what it takes to get the job done and hope I'm pretty creative while doing it.

I'm currently leaving Disney to pursue growing startups full-time. If your team could use someone like me, reach out at e@emmetreilly.com.
